		<description>Tried the crock pot method covered with a down vest. Don&#039;t think I heated the milk enough -- will have to get the candy thermometer. But the yoghurt thickened. I think I like the taste .......might need to adapt to it. But I will persevere. Thanks for getting me started.</description>
